Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in California under contractor license #910529, and hold C-36 Plumbing classifications. Our licensing, bonding, and insurance help protect homeowners, while our trained technicians complete residential plumbing, water heater, drain, and related installation work.

We provide fixed-rate, upfront pricing that gives you the full cost of the recommended work before any service begins. After evaluating the problem, we explain the available repair or replacement options and provide a price based on the job rather than the time required to complete it. Once you approve the work, we complete the service at the agreed price, helping prevent unexpected labor charges.

Yes, we offer financing options for qualifying customers on jobs of any size, including water heater installation, whole-house repiping, and sewer line replacement. Talk to our team about available plans, eligibility requirements, and payment terms before approving the work.

We can often arrive the same day when technician availability allows, with appointments scheduled within a three-hour arrival window. We also provide a courtesy call before your technician arrives. Arrival time depends on your location, the type of plumbing problem, and the day’s service schedule, so contact us as early as possible to secure the earliest available visit.

Yes, we obtain and manage all required permits for permit-required plumbing work, including water heater installations and replacements, repiping projects, and other code-regulated plumbing installations. We handle any applicable code upgrades as part of the installation process. Because permit requirements vary by project scope and local jurisdiction, we walk you through exactly what your specific job requires, including what permits are needed, what the process looks like, and what to expect, before any work begins.

Water Heater FAQs

Tank, Tankless, or Heat Pump: Which Is Right for My Home?

The right water heater depends on your household’s hot water demand, number of occupants, available installation space, energy-efficiency goals, and budget. Tank water heaters are often the most practical and cost-effective choice for many homes, whereas tankless water heaters are ideal for households seeking continuous hot water and greater long-term energy efficiency. At the same time, heat pump water heaters are best for homes with suitable installation space that prioritize maximum energy savings. We will evaluate your home’s needs and recommend the option that provides the best balance of performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

Traditional tank water heaters last 8 to 12 years, while tankless water heaters last 15 to 20 years with proper maintenance. Water quality, household hot water usage, routine tank flushing or system maintenance, and timely repairs all influence your water heater’s lifespan. If your unit is approaching the end of its expected service life or requires frequent repairs, we will inspect it and help you determine whether repair or replacement is the better long-term solution.

We install and repair leading water heater brands, including Bradford White, American Standard, Rheem, A. O. Smith, Rinnai, Navien, Noritz, and Takagi. Rather than recommending a one-size-fits-all solution, we help you choose the brand and model that best matches your home’s hot water demand, fuel type, budget, efficiency goals, and long-term performance needs.

Yes, qualifying heat pump water heaters may be eligible for available utility rebates, manufacturer incentives, and federal, state, or local tax credits, depending on your location, utility provider, and the equipment you choose. Because incentive programs and eligibility requirements can change, we will help you identify and apply available rebates or tax credits before your installation whenever applicable.

Our $99 Water Heater Flush includes flushing the tank to remove sediment buildup, inspecting the anode rod, checking the temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve, and looking for early signs of corrosion or wear. This preventive maintenance service helps improve your tank water heater’s efficiency, extend its lifespan, and identify potential issues before they become costly repairs.

Yes, most water heater replacements in California require a permit, and we will obtain the required permit and complete the installation to local plumbing and building code requirements. If your project has additional local requirements, we will explain them before work begins.

General Plumbing & Drains

How Do I Know If I Need Repiping?

Common signs that you may need repiping include frequent leaks, low water pressure, discolored water, recurring pipe repairs, or older plumbing that has reached the end of its service life. We will inspect your plumbing system, assess the condition of your pipes, and recommend whether a targeted repair or a complete repipe is the most practical long-term solution.

Drain cleaning removes common clogs to restore normal water flow, while hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to clear grease, sludge, scale, and other buildup from the inside of your pipes. After inspecting the condition of your drain line, we recommend the most effective solution based on the type, location, and severity of the blockage.

We insert a high-resolution waterproof camera into your sewer line to inspect the inside of the pipe without unnecessary digging. This allows us to accurately locate clogs, cracks, root intrusion, collapsed sections, and other hidden plumbing problems. Once the inspection is complete, we review the findings with you and recommend the most effective repair or cleaning solution based on the condition of your sewer line.

Common signs of a hidden leak include an unexplained increase in your water bill, damp walls or ceilings, musty odors, water stains, low water pressure, or the sound of running water when no fixtures are in use.

Yes, we install and service whole-house water filtration systems and water softeners to improve your home’s water quality. Whether you are dealing with hard water, chlorine, sediment, unpleasant tastes or odors, or other water quality concerns, we will evaluate your home’s water conditions and recommend the filtration or softening system that best fits your needs.

Yes, we install, repair, test, and replace residential gas lines for appliances such as water heaters, ranges, fireplaces, dryers, outdoor grills, and pool heaters. Whether you need a new gas line installation or a repair, we complete the work safely, in compliance with local codes, and obtain permits when required.

Our kitchen and bathroom plumbing repairs include diagnosing and repairing leaking faucets, clogged drains, running toilets, damaged pipes, garbage disposals, sinks, showers, and plumbing fixture replacements. Once we have identified the cause of the problem, we explain your repair options and complete the work using quality parts and professional workmanship.
