After a do it yourself installation of new faucets, we sprung a leak. Matt came in tightened it all up and fixed my mistakes. He also showed me what I did incorrectly. Thanks Matt!

We had used Barnett before to replace our water heater- about 8 years ago, maybe more- and then this weekend it started thumping and leaking. It was pretty terrifying so we shut it down and had nothing but cold water (brrrr). I left a message on Sunday, and figured I’d need to call them when they opened on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) and they called me before I called them first thing on Tuesday! A very nice person came out, gave us an estimate and did the work that day! I am so happy. Everyone in my family is so happy. It wasn’t cheap but it was great service.

So dig this: The former owner of my house did everything on the cheap! And that, dear yelper, includes the pipes! Their methodology? If it’s the wrong pipe just force it!

My poor piping situation was the cause of a plumbing nightmare…no sink working, no showers, just a mess.

I was familiar with Barnett plumbing as they worked for my business for years. I invited them in and the remedy was a two part job: The pipes under my sink needed to be replaced and the pipes under the house needed them as well. Not fun!

Worse yet, while the plumbing in the kitchen was easy, under the house required several hours and needed a separate time to remedy. What to do?

I am grateful for Barnett Plumbing for several reasons: First, because they did a professional job and their price point was reasonable. But also because my plumbing nightmare got moved up to a high priority. The scheduler called other clients all day to get me a next day service (Did I mention we had no showers either?). Who does that anymore? And again, the job was not only first rate, it’s warrantied!

I have an old house with old plumbing. So the thought of calling a plumber makes me anxious. I had a tub faucet that had been leaking for a while and took a stab at fixing it myself. Luckily the screw was stripped and I gave up. Had I continued I would have definitely made it worse.

My neighbor highly recommended Barnett and they were the only plumber I called. They even bumped up my appointment because they had a plumber Matt available sooner.

Matt our plumber is great. He’s wry personable and informative. He accurately diagnosed the problem and had the exact part on the truck.

The leak was fixed in under an hour and worth every penny. I should have called sooner.

I will call Barnett again for future plumbing problems and recommend them to others.

Barnett is our go-to for any water related items at our home. We had to have some home work done and Matt/Alberto did a great job diagnosing and then fixing the problem.
