We are looking for our next Water Heater Technician! Someone who is eager to learn, create estimates, answer customer questions and perform repairs and installations of water heaters. To thrive in this position you need to enjoy talking with customers and breaking down complex systems. Likewise you need to have the mechanical aptitude to then get hands on with whatever issue they are having and get it resolved. It is a tall order, but if that describes you and you want to do that at a company who is committed to work-life balance and growth then this might be the place for you.

YOU ARE A POSITIVE TEAM PLAYER AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR with strong interpersonal skills. You ask good questions to make sure you understand what the customer is requesting and you can communicate with a variety of customers, develop rapport quickly and know the importance of active listening.

YOU ARE TECHNICALLY AND MECHANICALLY INCLINED and enjoy working with your hands. You have a genuine interest in learning about the way things work and you are consistently looking to improve and elevate your skills and technical prowess.

YOU ARE FLEXIBLE & EAGER TO HELP PEOPLE as schedules and customer needs can change and you are able to pivot and adapt. You display a natural caring attitude toward others, and you are able to listen more than talk to help find solutions for the customer and internal employees.
